We've finally identified the problem our processor is having! (We think.) Jury is still out on how long it would take to fix, but this whole process has highlighted a lot of the annoying things about our current processor that we've just been living with for the past 10 years because we didn't want to make any changes if it wasn't totally broken.

Since it is broken, and risk evaluation has changed various ways over the last 10 years of progress in the online payment ecosystem, we're going to be giving a service that exists a little more in the 21st century a try. We hope to have it up and running by the weekend. We'll continue keeping you posted!

I wasn't the one who suspended the account so I didn't see the comments or PMs it was sending, but notes say that it was trying to impersonate DW staff. (Reminder: any official DW staff community will have the DW swirl as a userhead; any official staff personal account will have the swirly icon wrapped around the standard userhead. If someone says they're DW staff and doesn't have one of the official staff userheads, they're trying to deceive you and you should report it to us.)
