Code update

This is pretty standard by now. We're doing a code update with the latest fixes and features and things from our developers.

I just want to remind everybody (since we have a lot of newcomers!) that this is Closed Beta. That means we expect things to be broken and we're changing things very quickly. We've got a high rate of change, you can expect bumps along the way.

As always, please let me know if you see anything terribly wrong!

I left a comment in dw_news because I thought that was where that sort of thing was supposed to go, but oh well.  I did scan the results of a "known issues" query at the wiki, and they didn't seem to be listed yet.  Is there somewhere else we should check to see what ppl have already noticed?

... aaaaaand I also duplicated slackivist_feed with slackivistfredclark_feed.  Siiiiigh....

The news post is usually best, I believe. That's where we're sending most people for doing comments and reporting things.
