Pushing code!

We're about to push code live. This will require us to take down the site for about ten minutes while we run updates and slowly bring things back up again.

Let us know here if anything breaks.

- Styles-specific issues to watch out for
- via [staff profile] denise in the previous entry, code tours covering the changes in this code push:

Edit Profile issue

I don't expect any changes to come from this because of the fact that it is an accessibility issue for me only, as my vision problems are, uh, unique –

but I am forced to turn on Voice to read me the page now, as the horizontal lines cause blurring and I am unable to actually read the text on the page. At all. The combination of optic neuropathy and ADD is making it so I legitimately can't read the page at all.

I wasn't going to mention it, but was encouraged to just so you knew; I am not expecting this to change, but so it can be documented: can't read it. At all. Apologies!

(Everything else is awesome though! I feel really, really bad for complaining. I'm just convinced you meant for there to be words there and not black dots – my screenreader does a fine job, though.)

Sorry for the trouble! Which sitescheme are you using to view the page?

Tropo purple!

I have yet to try looking at it in Lynx, which might work and might make the letter-swimming worse ...
