downtime
Sorry for the downtime. One of our machines (our master database) locked up. We failed over to the secondary and we're back up and running now.
It took a little while because I was on the road and had to find a safe place to park, and I decided to use the opportunity to do a system update on the secondary database before it became the master. (Finding time to do system updates on databases is hard.)
Thanks for your patience, and I'm sorry for the downtime.

As for fixing it from the roadside... I LOOOVE living in the future! In my past, the first computer I encountered, I walked around inside, and to make anything but a local telephone call we had to ring the operator and book it.
