Thank you, Mark. I do think you have a great site here, and I completely understand what you're talking about as far as site enhancements causing problems for people who are happy as is. Your transparency and successful efforts at customer service are really admirable. I don't think you need to do anything different than you have been.

For me in particular, layouts are trial and error, and I don't mind that...I've learned a lot but I'm not interested enough to learn more than I have. I just don't want to feel like an amateur shouldn't be messing around on this site, especially when I've supported it so much, and that's why I overreacted to 900degrees.

I'll continue to sing the praises of Dreamwidth. Also, just thought I'd let you know that one of the main reasons I've completely switched to Dreamwidth is the continuing nonsense with RSS feeds not updating over at lj, so keep up the good work.
