Minor operations; testing new serving path

Hi all!

I'm doing some minor operational work tonight. It should be transparent, but there's always a chance that something goes wrong. The main thing I'm touching is testing a replacement for Apache2 (our web server software) in one area of the site.

I use a journal backup script and it looks like this and other scripts that were previously working are no longer authenticating. Was something changed or broken in the last code push? There's a support ticket for it with multiple responses indicating the same. #id=50961

Belated response (sorry! I haven't had a spare second to look at my DW comments inbox in way too long!) but: we figured out one part of this problem and I'm now trying to figure out if the problem is that it's not live yet or if there's another lurking problem.
