Thanks for letting us know! There's definitely something very weird going on here but I'm having trouble narrowing down exactly what's broken. Can you let me know exactly what options you're picking in the shop (ie, "buy paid services, random user, premium paid account for 6 months") and what happens when you do it? (ie, "I hit 'add to cart' and it doesn't actually add the item to the cart") Right now I can only identify one pathway that's definitely busted (buy paid time, for random user, any item, add to cart: item gets discarded and doesn't go into the cart) and I've tried a number of others that are working for me at least, so if you could let me know exactly what steps you're using and what the actual failure looks like, it will help us figure out what's causing it.

i tried everything that tactlesstantei did above, and my results have been basically!

- basically, when you try to add something to your cart, everything looks fine when you're on the page but after you click 'add to order' you do not see anything in your cart.
- buying points works, but when i try to apply the points into an actual paid account nothing appears in the cart.
- it looks like it does not affect every account. i've logged into a few different ones for mine, and for some it works (like i just tried on this one and it did) and others it did not (i tried on my account dribbler just now and it did not).
- on dribbler, i was able to buy 30 points. but when i try to convert those points into an actual paid is where it does not show up in the cart. basically no matter how many times i try it just looks like this.
- trying to buy any kind of paid isn't working for dribbler, for example, however i was able to buy a rename token on that account. that said, when i got the rename token i didn't check to see if i could buy a paid at the same time so i have no idea if that issue was occurring at the time, but it was all done yesterday after maintenance.

This narrows it down a bunch for us, and we've reverted the change that caused the problem (and verified that it's working now) until we can figure out what's going on and wtf it didn't show up in testing. Sorry for the inconvenience, and you should be able to apply your points now!
