I had a brief moment of horror but, no, the fix I'm making to the shop system isn't live yet, I think, so it probably wasn't my fault!

Probably the easiest way to sort this out is to open a Support request in the Account Payments category -- this will make it simple for a site admin with appropriate privileges to manually deduct points and add the paid time to your account, and they'll also be best placed to investigate what's going wrong. Apologies for the inconvenience!
