I had a brief moment of horror but, no, the fix I'm making to the shop system isn't live yet, I think, so it probably wasn't my fault!
Probably the easiest way to sort this out is to open a Support request in the Account Payments category -- this will make it simple for a site admin with appropriate privileges to manually deduct points and add the paid time to your account, and they'll also be best placed to investigate what's going wrong.
