We just did a rather large code update, with something like 50 separate commits... that's a lot. This should fix a lot of issues we've been seeing.

Like, if you would to go into my journal, right? I have a top sidebar above my entries. Anyways, See how it displays the HTML tag instead of the actual picture? Why is that? D:

Looks like the HTML is being escaped instead of interpreted. Since I can't see your layout layer I don't know exactly what's happening, but as I explained to someone else up-thread, some things don't work when layouts are ported from LJ.
