I was a bit flummoxed after logging off last night with everything okay and then this morning the nginx page appeared. I'd done the computer housekeeping yesterday (always do it on a Sunday) and knew I'd installed nothing new, so I rebooted and then everything was okay so I think that must have coincided with you fixing it.
