Code push!

We are planning to do a code push in about six hours, around 5pm Pacific time.

Most of the changes with this push are cleanup and small backend fixes, but we also have a new journal style called "Pattern" with 24 themes for you to choose from, and most excitingly, QuickReply has now been enabled for journal, day, and network views.

We'll update again to let you know when the code push is in progress!

How long does it typically take for a support request to be answered?

It depends on how many active volunteers we have looking at the support board and the type of expertise needed to answer the question.

Ok thanks. My friend's account was suspended and we have no clue why so she's just kind of waiting.

I do my best to get back to people on Terms of Service, account suspension, account payment, and payment failures inquiries as quickly as I humanly can, but please do expect at least 12 and more likely 24 hours for a response, especially on a weekend. :)
