The location of the userhead icon has changed (from http://s.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png to http://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png), so userheads aren't displaying correctly in old posts where I used the full linking method to refer to a user. I'm not positive this started with the code push, but I didn't notice it until yesterday.
