Code update

Tonight I pushed the latest code updates to the production environment. As always, if you find any terrible problems that have suddenly started appearing, please let us know!
trouble: Sketch of Hermoine from Harry Potter with "Bookworms will rule the world (after we finish the background reading)" on it (Default)

I wouldn't say it's a terrible problem, but:-

I couldn't just reply to a comment from my email. When I tried to, it said my "login cookie" had expired. When I tried to log in a couple of times from that screen, it still wouldn't let me. I hadn't used DW on this computer before.

Being logged out made the "log in here" window in the black bar on the top (I know that has a proper name, but I can't remember what it is right now!) go all of out alignment - the [name] box was no longer level with the [password] box.
watersword: Keira Knightley, in Pride and Prejudice (2007), turning her head away from the viewer, the word "elizabeth" written near (Default)

Ditto.

Mark - don't know whether it's you or my IP, but the site is VERY slow today.

I'm not getting notifications in my email. It *may* just be very slow. I didn't notice it until I was cleaning out my inbox.

It worked fine until sometime last night.

I'm not seeing notifications in email (though I got this one). I found a comment made to the intro post in my journal that I never received a notification on as well as a comment to one of my comments in Kazbaby's journal regarding Semagic and crossposting. There are two messages in my inbox regarding someone subscribing to my journal that I never got notified of (I left those in there).

I *am* getting LJ notifications and other email, so I suspect my email is working properly.

I just posted a request for anyone reading my journal to comment. So far, three comments, no notifications.

Granted, the oldest comment is only about 4 minutes ago. ;-)

ETA: Only two notifications from my test post, with seven comments. The oldest without notification being sent is two hours old.

I was logged out and surfing [staff profile] denise's friends page. I read some entries and attempted to login via the quickreply form to comment, and it told me my login cookie had expired. The only way I found to reply was to actually login (I think from the navbar, may have been the quick menu in the site scheme.)

I just got a flood of notifications.
