Code pushed.
Code pushed. Let me know of anything weird or broken, and we'll get it fixed up as soon as possible.
Edit: We know of one issue with some people's home pages that causes them to not load. We're working on it. Fixed!
Edit: We are aware of some issues with Transmogrified and Negatives colors. We did some work to move colors around to make things easier in the future to develop more themes, this apparently caused some bugs with existing themes.
afuna is aware and is on it.

Since openid accounts can't make posts, should they be listed with journals/comms/feeds on the subscription filter page?
If openid accounts should be appearing on the subscription filter page, it would be helpful if they displayed as something besides "ext_1234."

The first one is definitely a bug, I will investigate.

It allows you to get notified of "stuff that happens in my circle" (like new userpics, or birthdays) without having to give them access. But that can also be done by tracking that account, provided you haven't run out of notification slots.
Azz also said: I could imagine that one might use it to show affiliation without granting access.
I don't think either of those is a good enough reason to keep subscriptions to OpenIDs, particularly as it produces confusion whenever someone moves from LJ.
However, I think the filter system should show a name rather than ext_nn if ever we do allow subscribing to OpenIDs.
