Crossposting to LJ isn't working right now because of a block on LJ's end -- we don't know whether it's deliberate or due to their DDoS mitigation efforts. We're going to try flipping IP addresses from which the crosspost comes from, but if that doesn't work, crossposting to LJ may be down for a bit.

Crossposts to other services are unaffected.

(EDIT: We flipped IPs, and as of right now, crossposting to LJ is functioning again.)

Also, I saw the "it's currently down," decided I'd manually crosspost my one entry, and by the time I had it written up, crosspost was back up. Yay for quick fix. ^_^

Hi, I'm new here and am still exploring the DW's wonderful opportunities. It's so great that I could import my whole LJ here! By the way, tried crossposting, and it worked perfectly.

Here's my question: I read in the FAQ that you guys are planning to make it possible to read the posts of my friends on LJ (who don't have and don't plan to have a DW-account) on my Reading Page on DW. Is it happening soon? It would be so awesome!

We're working on it! I doubt it will be 'soon' in terms of a few weeks from now, since it's very complex and requires us to negotiate with various other sites first, but it's on our list.
