Problem with having a logout button extremely accessible in a mobile design: people hit the logout button when they don't intend to. "Will you please get rid of the super obvious logout button that's in the precise spot for me to fatfinger it and log myself out when I'm trying to reach the menu" was probably in the top 5 requested changes, heh.

Anyway, it is actually there right now (as is the inbox link!), it's just hidden behind a tap so you don't hit it accidentally. Tap your username on the top left and you'll get the deal-with-your-shit module of links that lives next to your icon in the desktop version. I'll think about how we can make that more obvious.
