This isn't about the beta post-an-entry page (that's a whole different set of problems, heh) -- it's about the look of entry pages and the comments sections to them! People who can't see any significant changes are the ones whose browser/computer/extensions/browser-settings/etc setup aren't triggering the various display bugs. The problem is that how something looks on a screen is dependent on hundreds of different variables in how your setup is set up, so whenever a layout or design change is made available to a wider pool of people, new and interesting issues crop up that didn't appear during testing. That's why we use the beta flag system so widely in the hopes of getting a wider range of data.
