I think that one depends on https://github.com/dreamwidth/dw-free/issues/2427, because I've only ever seen shots of it on the site-scheme entry pages.

Right now, I suspect the best way around it is to enable the option to view EVERYONE's comment pages in your own journal style, and pick a style that currently works well on mobile. We're working on fixing it on site-scheme too, it's just... some hairy code.
