soc_puppet is correct! The amount of the data that needs to be moved over will affect how long it takes once your job hits the top of the queue, stops waiting, and actually starts processing, but with the number of imports we've got queued right now, the difference between your two accounts would probably be a rounding error. Schedule 'em both, we'll get 'em when we can. (The importer is currently working on stuff that was queued about 36 hours ago, Mark sez.)
