I'm pretty sure that journal size has nothing to do with where it ends up in the queue; your place in line depends on when you got in the line, not whether you're four-foot-ten vs. six-foot-eleven. It looks to me like the biggest difference will be in processing time, but just getting into the queue shouldn't be a problem as far as size goes.
