Re: CF maybe blocking Russian users from DW

Hm. We don't have Cloudflare set to reject connections from Russia or anything, so it may be the Russian government having realized we moved hardware back in December -- they've blocked us in the past because of various content that's blockable under Russian law but not under US law.
