Before you replied, was going to edit my reply above to add: "maybe that's it, though: You're on Linux. I'm on Win 7, and after I saw that page for the last time last night but before I turned the computer back on today, it downloaded a crapload of updates before shutting down - I'm thinking I'll go check the page on my phone now and see if it happens on Android or not - maybe it's a weird Win 7 error owing to, I'm not kidding, the 8,000 updates it installed last night".

Hmmmm.

(edit: shows up fine on my phone, too! maybe I'm onto something here with it being Win 7 at fault. I don't know if it's worth doing a System Restore to find out, but maybe if I get a lot of free time on my hands this week I'll give that a go, too.)
