Thanks for the heads up. I'm really surprised dw_maintenance doesn't show up on http://www.dreamwidth.org/ like dw_news does. If people aren't watching this community or the twitter, they're not going to know.

Even an embedded live twitter feed on that page could be handy if that's accessible enough. I rarely use the page, but it is the first thing people see going to dreamwidth.org.
