No, LJ isn't intentionally blocking requests from us! Any blocks are just collateral side damage as part of the DDoS. We follow all their "bot rules" for accessing the site's data feeds, which among other things include a requirement to include identification and contact information for who operates the "bot". We've gotten blocked a few times, but each time was a misunderstanding/miscommunication that was quickly cleared up.
