Changed default layout

We changed the default layout as part of our regular rotation of the default style, and as it turns out, although I said that it wouldn't change the layout for any existing accounts, just newly-created ones, I was not 100% accurate! (I've just told The Minion to file a bug.) (No, really, that's her official job title.)

If you had never customized your journal in any way after creating it, and never even visited the Customize Journal area, your layout has now changed to our new default layout, Practicality/Neutral Good. If you want to change it back, the previous default was Skittlish Dreams/Cyan.
