Site upgrades

markIn preparation for Open Beta in a few days, this weekend we're upgrading the cluster running the site. This is going to take all weekend, but you shouldn't notice much of anything.

dw_dev after everything is in place. In short, we're going from ~15 servers to ~40. We are also upgrading the ones we have from small (1GB of RAM) to medium (4GB of RAM).
